Do I need Technical Know-How?

We know that Practice Staff and Clinicians have to deal with multiple systems in their day-to-day work. The EK Health Kiosk uploads all patient data entered via the kiosk directly into the patient record where it can be viewed as data is usually viewed in either EMIS or SystmOne, no extra knowledge or manual intervention is required.


What do I need to do to Prepare for Kiosk Installation?

The kiosk requires a plug socket and a HSCN network point to integrate with the Patient Administration System. We have designed our pre-installation documentation to be clear so that everything is prepared for our engineer visit and our friendly team are always on hand to guide you through the process.
