What's the FFT?

From 2013, the NHS made it mandatory for many services, including GPs, Dental Practices and Pharmacies to ask patients ‘Would you recommend this service to friends and family?’. In 2020 this question was updated to ask 'Overall, how was your experience of our service?' You can find the guidance here.

The results are reported back to the NHS each month. The survey is a valuable opportunity to gather feedback on how patients feel about your service.
